Pokemon Festa 2002 event is being held in Japan. 20/JUL in Sapporo, 27 - 28/JUL in Tokyo, 31/JUL in Nagoya, 3 - 4 /AUG in Osaka, and 11/AUG in Kyushu. Only these limited days these cards are given. Not-for-sale, very limited promo.

These cards surely be counted as one of the rarest Japanese cards ever made.
Of course now not available in any ways. You had to mail each monster's card with Masaki's pass card to apply this card. Then you would receive these foil cards in return.
Issued number per each card is; ALAKAZAM 39000 cards, GENGAR 36000 cards, MACHAMP 29000 cards, GOLEM 22000 cards, and OMASTER 21000 cards.

NOTE: These cards have initial dents in the 2 corners (upper left and lower right) which were caused when they were mailed. Considering this, the set we are selling at this time is the best condition. It was kept in sleeves direct from envelope and never played with.
